Get into the overweight range rather than the obese range!
Keep as close to the December gym schedule I have set but still enjoy the holidays and spending time with family and friends!
Try to get that moderation button working - I would settle for maintaining for a couple of weeks during December but NO GAINING!!

I'm just starting off so right now ANY change counts!

home cooked meals and not the quick and easy drive thru
taking everything one day at a time =)

    My goals:

To make A's on my 3 finals for school
To lose 8 lbs by Christmas
To read 2 books for pleasure
To run the full 30 min instead of intervals
To try P90X and see if I like it
To FOCUS more on my accomplishments than what I haven't lost yet
To indulge a little at Christmas but not go crazy

I slacked in November, still saw results, but slacked even so. My December goal is to get back with my program and get out and run in the cold. I enjoy running in the cold, and am always glad I did, it's more the psyching myself up up to get out there and get started!

Eat no sugar until Dec. 20.
Work out 30 minutes everyday (even if it is just walking or something light)
Do 30 sit ups and 30 push ups everyday.
    Record what I eat everyday
    Hit the 170s--5lbs to go!

My goal is to stay below my goal weight of 140. Last year during the holidays I gained 10 pounds (which I did lose after the holidays) and I am determined to NOT let that happen again!!

One week vacation and Christmas holidays. I'm just hoping not to gain any weight.
