  • I slacked in November, still saw results, but slacked even so. My December goal is to get back with my program and get out and run in the cold. I enjoy running in the cold, and am always glad I did, it's more the psyching myself up up to get out there and get started!

    Log my food EVERY day... even if I blow it (see Tuesday's diary) and to run 15 miles each week.

    To gain closer to 3lbs.
    2lbs muscle and 1lb fat.
    Minus the fat...to gain 2lbs muscle!

    Eat no sugar until Dec. 20.
    Work out 30 minutes everyday (even if it is just walking or something light)
    Do 30 sit ups and 30 push ups everyday.
    Record what I eat everyday
    Hit the 170s--5lbs to go!

    To stop eating food at work
    To drink more water
    To get to the gym more!

    My goal is to stay below my goal weight of 140. Last year during the holidays I gained 10 pounds (which I did lose after the holidays) and I am determined to NOT let that happen again!!
