I want a lift when I lose the last 20-30 lbs...the girls already have gravity taking effect. Even though I have lost 40lbs, they are still DD's...I thought they would go down a little...by the time I am done, they will probably be a D.

My dog started having seizures when he was 5...the vet could never find a reason. He is on Phenobarbital 2x a day and does not have them anymore. He is now almost 11 and as healthly as can be!!

I want to lose 5-8 pounds...run for 35-40 min without stopping...complete Chalean Extreme 3x a week and the 30 day shred 2x a week along with my Zumba and running...

I would. I am unfortunately working on my second divorce now due to some bad decisions on my part and thinking people could change. But I have been dating the guy I am with for 6 months and I have never been happier. I think things happen for a reason...and as long as we learn from the divorce than it's okay...

I am currently at 180 and I am now up to running 30 minutes straight...I learned I had to slow down a bit (I was trying to run too fast before). I have to admit it is much easier to run now that I am under 200lbs.

I do the Chalean DVD's 3-4 times a week and I still go to the gym for Zumba, treadmill time etc. I have only been doing it a couple weeks, but I like it. I was never much on strength training before and the workouts are the perfect length (35-45 min). I am hoping to tone up some more using these.

I use dill relish and Light Miracle Whip (very low in calories) I don't like Mayo...but tuna is the only thing I use it in and I use a very small amount.

I would say go - even if it's just for 30-45 minutes...something is better than nothing. It gets easy to skip the gym when things get busy...if you can squeeze it in, go! You'll feel better also.

Usually varies Zumba classes that range 45-60 minutes burn anywhere between 350-550 calories. An hour on the treadmill (jogging/walking) usually burns around 500. 30 min strength or circuit training burns from 180-250. I wear a Body Bugg so I can get more accurate calorie burns.

I use the Body Bugg and I love it. It does not track heart rate - but it is 90% accurate on tracking calories burned (and you wesr it on your upper arm, not your chest). It also tracks activity time, steps taken, etc. Best Investment I ever made in working out. Knowing about how many calories you are really burning helps…

Don't log it...it can just be "bonus" calories burned.
