I cut mine into cubes, spray my cooking sheet with pam or whatever, I mix soy sauce, a little bit of sugar, olive oil and usually chili spice. Throw the cubes into the liquid mix, coat them and throw them on the sheet and broil Or just chili powder on the cubes and broil. Sometimes I add cheese on top. I love sweet potatoes

Yup but I usually just do treadmill, light walk. On the days that I don't do legs, I willl do the stepper or intense eliptical.

My gym was actually opened and I went in for about an hour and a half. Worked my upper body! I used my new weight gloves and new sneaks!! T'was pretty busy there too!!!

I understand that it is supposed to make the muscle more defined, but when they hit Orange and have glowing white circles around their eyes....um....don't they know to maybe stop. A "healthy" tan looks nice. Orange looks disgusting!!!
