I am teased OVER AND OVER by my friends for one of my weird food quirks. I can't help it though I can't eat an egg and chicken (or turkey) in the same day.....it grosses me out. but my trainer has me in ""burn"" phase. I just need advice on when and what I should eat. how soon before I go to work out? WHAT would be a good thing to eat. My appointment with my trainer is at 6:00 and I usually just go directly from work and then eat supper when i get home. Just looking for some guidance. thanks peeps

Favourite Breakfast Meal??
I am on a bit of a kick lately with my breakfast. I need something substantial to carry me through the morning. 3/4 cup oatmeal 1/4 shredded unsweentened coconut Fruit--could be anything and varies from day to day. Today it was raisins. 3 meals & 2 snacks? Or 5 small meals?
Just wondering what people do. I tend to stick to the 3 meals and 2 snacks just because I tend to binge if I am not strict with myself. For weight loss, I am wondering if 5 smaller meals would be better, more satisfying or healthier? Just looking for some guidance and suggestions!!! Thanks!!:happy:
