but my trainer has me in ""burn"" phase.
I just need advice on when and what I should eat. how soon before I go to work out? WHAT would be a good thing to eat.
My appointment with my trainer is at 6:00 and I usually just go directly from work and then eat supper when i get home.
Just looking for some guidance.

banana and peanut butter about an hour or so before the workout should be perfect.0

I find I can't eat prior to seeing my trainer or it really makes me feel ill, especially if my session has any kind of twisting motion (like woodchops or russian twists :sick: ). On the days I train with her I eat a more substaintial lunch. Play around and see what works best for you!0

Can your trainer advise you? I am supposing you pay for their advice? My hubby is an athlete and uses gels...but you should ask your trainer they should be able to answer all your questions. Good luck x0
