Just wondering what people prefer to do.......

I used to go to the gym in the morning.....530am, but I cannot seem to haul my butt out of bed these days.
I end up going after work, when it is CRAZY busy.

I am going to commit to you, my friends, to go to the gym tomorrow morning....Wednesday May 18.
(At least I am going to commit to trying really, really hard to go in the morning)

I go in the morning. It is tough getting out of bed, but I just have to do it. Once I am done for the day, it feels great. Gonna hold you to the Wednesday morning workout!! :)

I have to do it in the morning because I work on my feet all day long, and Im typically way too exhausted after work to do it at night:)

Early morning for me since my kids have activities after school and it makes it near impossible for me to get to the gym in the afternoon or evening.

I prefer gym at night..it fits into my schedule. I am not a morning person, and I work my *kitten* off at the gym, so I don`t really want to be having to go to work after, hobbling around, tired as hell. I go home, eat some calories back, have a hot shower, and lay in bed feeling every part of my body twitching. My fiance stays home with the child, but i don`t go until the child is in bed.

I found that when I work out in the morning I am so tired by the early afternoon. It didn't "work out" for me:) I workout after dinner between 7-8pm and sleep so much better at night. Nothing like turning on prime time and working up a sweat!

I used to go in the evening, but then I signed up for a class that begins at 4:30 am. Although I've never realized until now just how comfy my bed is, I am actually loving going early. I have a lot more energy throughout the day and I have found that I am making better eating choices. I also think it's probably good to switch things up a bit from time to time.

I do boot camp at the gym in the morning - that's at 6am. I'm not a morning person, and there are times when my alarm goes off and for a moment I have an urge to cry - but I get over it. And then after class I feel awesome that it's only 7am and I've already had a hardcore workout. I run during my lunch hour and then stop by the gym after work a few times a week for a 15 minute core clas - and then one evening a week I do yoga there. It helps that my gym is about 2 minutes from my house.

Ideally, I would do both but it's hard enough for me to get up in the mornings to make it to work on time so going to the gym is generally out of the question, although, I love the way I feel starting my day off with a good workout. I'm with you on the Wednesday morning workout. I am determined to make it in tomorrow.

I do my workout in the morning usually...depending on when I have time. But when I start school in the fall I will be going to the gym there when I can...not sure what my schedule will look like then, but I will use the gym at the school!! It's awesome!!

Because we have no child care or family around I have to go in the morning before my husband goes to work, and getting up at 5.45am on a CHILLY wintery morning bites the big one. But then it is over with for the day and I am home and in the shower by 7:30am.
    My 3 tips would be
    1) have all your gym gear ready to go right next to your bed so you can put it on in auto pilot - I even have socks in the shoes. Ive heard that some people sleep in their gear but thats a little hard core for me lol.
    2) tell your brain to shut the hell up. It will only take a few mornings before you get your groove back.
    3) be accountable to someone else. My friend and I take turns driving in the mornings and it helps get my butt out of bed knowing that she is counting on me to go with her.
