These two documentaries inspired me to become a vegetarian (I’ve been one for 2 years now) and to start juicing. I have the Breville that Joe Cross uses. I don’t juice as much as I should but being a vegetarian has opened a whole new world for me. Check out Weight of the Nation (which I believe was an HBO special), Food…

Hey Renate I lived in Germany too. A little town called Butzbach and I went to high school in Frankfurt. Where did you live?

Supreme 90 Day is a workout similar to Insanity or P90X -- but costs a LOT less (like $20; though I got mine for $9). Thanks for the birthday wishes.

I turned 57 yesterday (yeah me!!!). I have 52 more pounds to lose. I'm using TurborFire and have 2 weeks left of a 20 week program. Next I'm on to Supreme 90 Day.

BlaScott - Congrats on making it to Onderland!!! You can maintain and/or get lower. Keep focused. Let us know how it goes over the holiday.

OregonRobin -- You are knocking at the door of Onederland!! A big congrats to you. Please, please let us know when you get in. ButterflyLady - You too are right there. How exciting is that? You've lost a lot of weight and your hard work is paying off. Keep us posted. I'm hitting it hard this week. My goal is to be there by…

Welcome, Hafossum, I need to be in SD. I love snow, winter & cold weather. Great job on starting week 4 of TF. Keep us posted on your progress.
-
Dym123 - That's great! You've done a great job so far. 2lbs/week is doable. You know what to do, so get out there and get her done!!

That's great ButterFlyLady! You should be proud of yourself for staying on track when other things in your life are going awry. I hope to hear that you’re in Onderland in the next few weeks.
-
Shalla - Sounds like "life" is happening to you. Hang in there; do what you can. Something is always better than nothing. Don't beat yourself up. Show yourself some love by moving your body. Check in when you can. I'll be here until I complete TF. Thanks for the words of encouragement.

Good morning all, Thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm now 4lbs away from Onederland!!! Maybe I can get there before Christmas. I'm on week 12 of TurboFire and I love it!! I can't believe I've stuck with a workout program for 12 weeks. I plan on taking the DVDs with me over the Christmas holiday and working out. My…

Good morning all, ButterFlyLady - You can get to Onderland before the end of the year. Stick to what you know works -- exercise & MFP. Good job making your first goal. I'm 6lbs away myself so I'm hanging in there with you. We all can do this!!
-
Ms. LosinIt4Life - Either you had a very busy holiday or you're coming down with something. I hope your holiday was busy. The key is to do what you can and not beat yourself up. Stay strong today.
-
Laceybrobie -- That's great! What's you target weight? I had no problem with Thanksgiving either. I did my TurboFire wokout that day with my 9 year old niece and then we played some Wii games. I wasn't even tempted by the sweets. I'm getting very discouraged. I keep fluctuating between 204 and 207. My plan this week…
-
Ms. LosinIt4Life -- Good for you! Way to go. Keep going strong. Keep us posted on your progress.

Wow, that's awesome Ms. LosinIt4Life!!! WTG. Keep up the good work. Happy 4th week. Enjoy your game and family this weekend.
-
mjbenjamin21 - how was your cycle class? I enjoy spinning but find it really hurts my knees. Anyone here a vegetarian or vegan? I’m finding it challenging to keep my carbs under control. I seem to continue to gain and lose the same 3lbs. I'm down to 204 one week and back to 207 the next. I have got to watch my carb intake.…

Yeah she's back!!! I (we) missed you. So glad you're back with us Shalla. Not much activity going on with the team. I posted while stuck at work yesterday, but I guess everyone was off work and doing something fun and productive. Sounds like you had/have a lot on your plate. You have the right attitude about getting back…

Ms. LosinIt4Life -- You're doing great! Averaging 2lbs a week is right where you should be. Congrats on your weight loss. I don't know the difference between 45EZ and 45. Are there any HITTs in 45EZ? Do any of you ladies know?
-
Jamirah -- Thanks for checking in and recommitting to YOURSELF!! You can do this. I know life happens, but you still need to take care of you so you can face challenges and come out the other side well and whole. As you said, one day at a time. Thanks for the encouraging words. One-derland here I come!!!
