Good day all, Today is my official weigh in day and I'm at 203! I believe I can be in Onderland by the New Year. I've been between 207 and 205 since September. Good morning all, I'm STILL 4lbs away from being in Onederland!!!. My official weigh in is tomorrow. I know I'm not eating enough. It seems when I feel I've eaten too many calories, that’s when the weight drops. I’m doing a fair job of restricting my carbs and sugars. Where are you on your Onderland journey?
