Hi Rachael, I would love to be friends! I had a very similar start weight to you. Lost 100 lbs as of 2006 and kept that off for many years. Recently I returned to full time work and I've gained back about 15 lbs. over the last 2 years. I've never reached goal weight though. I am also an artist... a lot older though, in my…

Former WW! Lost -100 lbs and have kept 85 off for over 10 years now. I've been doing MFP for a few years and love it. I have not lost that 15 lbs. that I regained from returning back to full-time work 1.5 years ago. Still, I am proud of my accomplishments. WW got the ball moving for me but as others have said, I got tired…

I would be in this camp. I was a meeting goer for 10 years straight with just a few lapses. Lost 100 lbs. and have kept the majority of it off since 2006. I've learned great tools with WW that have stuck with me since I first joined. They will be lifelong habits. They're program is great, AND has hit a the "end point" for…

Love it! I've done this.

I love quinoa for breakfast. Search for quinoa porridge. Yum.

Me too. Wasn't planned necessarily, but I've had several periods of lose then maintain. I really think it has helped me, in the long run.

Mad respect Brian. I'm so glad that I read your post... and I'm signed up for next years Austin Half-Marathon! I am so inspired. Thank-you!

We have one and it has worked great - but now its clogged. Apparently its common with the Bissels. If you search YouTube you'll find a lot of fix it yourself videos. We have yet to clean ours. I guess the soap clogs the tubing. Anyway, for the price it has done a great job and I'm sure we can get it working again. We have…

About 5... its already down to 4 though. No biggie!

I've lost 100 lbs. on Weight Watchers and have maintained that loss, for the most part, since 2006. I have roughly 75 more pounds to go to be at "goal". I've been a long time WW meeting goer. When I did leave the meetings previously, for a year in 2009, I did gain some weight back, which I have since lost again. I recently…

Turning my "no's" into "not now's" tends to help me. :)

Way to go!

I've lost 100 and have kept it off for some time. I still want to lose around 75 lbs. more. I've been comfortable here but one day I'll break thru! Feel free to friend...

I've just started checking out the site today. I bought the food scanner app long ago, and I thought it was a piece of cr&* so I deleted it. But then I got curious about it again, so I reinstalled it to my iphone with its updates. Holy schmoly have they improved things. The cost makes me shudder, but what a cool site with…

This looks AMAZING. Thanks for sharing!

The only thing that would sign me up for WW etools was if I was specifically following the Weight Watchers program. I was a paying etools customer for 10 years and I LOVE the myfitnesspal site. I actually think that this site is more streamlined and less clunky. That being said, if I was counting points I'd prefer to have…

Count me IN! I paid for WW etools for many years and I like this free site better. Yes there are ads, but the site in general is so easy to use and not cluttered up and clunky like WW. Great job MFP!

Tanita scales are best, but costly. I paid around $100 for mine. But they're super accurate . It weighed me exactly the same as the scale at my weight watcher meetings.
