  • My ideal weight is somewhere in the 120 range for my height. There is no way I want to me that light. I would be happy with about 142 with decently muscular arms and legs for a girl. I don't want to be incredibly thin I would rather have the muscle to help raise my burned calories each day to help keep this day burned off…
  • Could add too much to these awesome posts. Only one FYI I would give you.. 3500 calories is what you have to burn to lose a pound... So I am fighting to burn between 7 and 10 thousand calories a week.
  • You will get a different answer out if me than most. My step dad done the hcg injections from a clinic in greenville sc. He lost a pretty decent amount of weight. I was impressed. His mood improved a lot. He was on a diet but it was not 500 calories! It did seem to be much healthier than he was eating but very bland... I…
  • I too feel a lot drier specially if I'm not drinking water before during and after.

  • Thanks so much! It does help.
  • I've had a mango and apple today and I'm over already!

I think I'm eating with my eyes lol so to speak so maybe if my eyes think im full cause the plate is full but smaller then I will be ok..…
  • Lol not the answer I wanted although I appreciate it lol.. Today is our first correct portion day I was only allowed half a cup of my creamy chicken rice :-( ... I was devastated... We are so bad me and my husband both about eating two or 3 times what we are suppose to and now at 218 with diabetes and hypothyroidism its a…
  • You really need you tag and t3a ran and I wouldn't be against being tested for hoshimotos disease. That being said if you are having issues with tiredness and weight gain or the inability to lose weight when you are doing everything a normal person would I would get a referral for an endocrinologist they are thyroid…
  • There is some good advice here but I'm going to speak from a stand point of someone who's parents owned a gym and I worked in it nearly everyday when I was younger. You actually can build a certain amount of "boob" working chest muscles. Your pecks are like every other muscle you have. A thin lean person can work out their…
