I'm doing TurboFire and I just created an exercise of my own. I just log it as "TurboFire" and then add a note/comment to what exercise(s) I did that day so I can reference back. I'm thinking about starting mine either this monday or next monday (next monday would be 100 days until my birthday). I think it'd be great to have that extra motivation and a way to look back and remember why I'm doing this! And to see how I progress along the way.

Day 4 of 90: Got my workout in early this morning. Yay! Did half of Fire 55 EZ + Stretch 10. Feeling awesome this morning, but I definitely have to work my way up to the full 55 EZ disc! The "EZ" is so deceiving. Lol.

Nope! I just don't like it either. I really wish I did, because there seems to be so many benefits to it. But the texture and bitterness are just too much for me. I've even tried a few different kinds just to see, but have yet to find one I can tolerate. And I refuse to choke it down. Lol.
