So very true. Planking for a minute burns 100 calories. So doing it off and on again throughout the day you can burn up to 500 if you want. I alernate planking with superman and it feels great :)

Lol k I do all of those but the first month it was mainly only crunches and I realized I was only focusing on one area of my core and have added in so much core work outs. I just really want to know if it's normal for my stomach to do this shrinking on the sides and sticking out in the front.

So agreed. Now I'm just starting on my weight loss journy. What kills me is those who try and then give up and are angry at you because you have success where they failed. They failed because they gave up.

That's awesome results! But remember as everyone keeps telling me and I know it is true "It took nine months to put on that weight, it's gonna take a long time to shed the weight as well". I've been thinking about getting the Insanity workout dvds for awhile and hopefully in the next up coming months I can finally get it.…
