You go to your skills settings and select health & exercise (something like that, anyway) and scroll through or ask. Then you enable the workouts you are interested in. Looking for input on workouts that are working for ALEXA users and what's not working...and how have you designed your routine?

I love the idea of doing the on-line calendar! I was thinking about doinig something like that too. Do you reward yourself if you do well that month, or do you find just seeing how well you did is reward enough?
