Please keep this in mind, weight loss and improvements fitness have been directly associated with success in other areas of your life to include your work place. Its possible they see you as a threat and just want to keep you down.

Stick to one Cheat Meal..not cheat DAY, per week if you feel like you must...dont if you dont want it..its that simple

To Whomever asked what is Deglazing....When your cooking all the good bits and flavor will form a "glaze" on the bottom of the pan...adding liquids helps to lift all this amazing flavor off the pan and and back into your food

Eating healthy is not expensive really... It does seem this way due to a huge amount of marketing dollars spent on getting you to think this way... The best way to look at it is this...Say you eat three meals per day every day for one month...Thats 90 meals per month...now lets say you buy groceries only instead of eating…

I say consult your doctor, if he or she thinks that it would be safe to have it done before kids and would be safe to have children after the Tummy Tuck i say go for it....also...should work on being happy with who you are as a person and i dont mean in just the physical aspect.
