^^^THIS^^^ A keeper for sure!!! Total fat can be scary in a lot of foods , but if you take time to learn about healthy vs unhealthy instead of just looking at total, you can enjoy a lot more wonderful foods like avacodos, olives, nuts, nut butters....

If you are consistently have trouble staying in your calorie range, maybe you don't have enough...reassess your goals...also consider opening your diary so we can see what you're eating...I did that and it helped a lot!

try FRESH peas...they are totally different than canned peas, like it's not even the same vegetable...that different! I like frozen ones too, but the FRESH ones are NOT mushy in the least!

I KNOW they can...you start by going out and walking and then pick up speed to run...if you can only run 30 seconds the first time it's okay walk again until you feel like trying to run again, the next time you may run for 40 seconds or more, eventually you'll be running longer and longer...as for being self…

Fastest was 34:58...it was an Inaugural Race (smaller field, about 85 runners) and of the 12 runners in my age division I placed 1st! Damn Proud of it!!!
