Here's an idea, if you don't like what they post...
just don't answer them...like if they say "I'm going to do HCG" and you don't like that, shut the thread and move on...if they say "I'm going to eat high carb/ low carb" "I'm gonna cut off a limb" ...whatever if you don't agree or have something supportive to say just shut your PIEHOLE!

Level 1, Day 1...DONE
and I'm still alive....goot get some lighter weights (all I had was 5 pound ones and I had to drop them and go on weightless :tongue: ) It was fun, but she kicked my *kitten*! No Pictures yet, but...
I started my journey 9 months ago and have lost 30.6 pounds, 19.5 inches (5.5 from my hips, 5 from my waist, 4 from my chest, .5 from each arm and 2 from each thigh) and went from a tight size 12 or 14 to a very comfortable 8 (and sometimes 6). I hope to lose 10 more pounds! Thanks MFP!!!!

A gain, a gain, and another gain
okay, so I've had gains for the last three weeks. 0.8 two weeks ago, 0.2 last week and another 0.2 tonight...yeah, I know it's not a lot of weight in the grand scheme, but it's still the wrong direction and I'm still bummed...so, I'm making a fresh start....any words of wisdom and encouragement would be appreciated!
