Depending on size you need and price point, Wal-Mart carries Danskin in plus sizes. I bought a pair of the capris and really love them. Gonna pick up another pain in a week or so.

I totally agree on the thighs issue! Did day 2 level one yesterday and could hardly walk the rest of the day! Was a bit better this morning, but decided to change it up a bit with an aerobic dance video for a day. Hopefully this will give my thigh muscles a bit of a break and I can be back at it tomorrow!

I really like the shrimp and broccoli. Ask them to use as little oil as possible. I try and skip the rice but have some egg drop soup. Hope this helps!

Amen! I am 5'1" and have a goal of 140. I got down to 129 once and was smokin'!! This was also before having 3 kids! I have such a long way to go, though, that 140 is my overall goal. Once I get there I can decide if I want more.
