KETO is the best! I was on the same boat as you and now I'm losing and have so much energy. I am never hungry and its not that hard. in a couple months I will start carb cycling so its def no RIP ..good luck

I have had zero luck curing sibo but a low carb diet has helped a lot. probiotics should be avoided since you are adding more bacteria to the gut.

I just joined ( with meetings) I think it sucks. Glad I only payed for one month. MFP I think is way better.

I lost about ten pounds using it. It helped curb my hunger but I had to stay committed when I was done using it

SO.....my journey begins again, this time I am jumping on the keto train. how many cards should you allow yourself ? I only eat two-three pieces of fruit in the morning in conjunction with my protein shake . the rest of the day veggies and lean protein. Id like to lose 10-25 pounds and gain muscle .

I LOVE Les Mills BODY PUMP...My gym offers the class and I try to go twice a week and my arms are already looking great

seems like your eating is ok, i would try to eat carbs only in the early hours in the day and do veggies and protein the rest of the day. that worked for me xx

extra lean ground beef is not that pricey . but I get it ;)

Healthy Food IS CHEAP....Fruits Veggies beans and whole grains are not costly ...Tuna chicken and lean beef is cheap!!!

Butternut squash is a fruit so thats why its sweet. I make soup and use a good spicy broth and low fat cheese to make it savory. sometime i make it sweet with cinnamon and a hint of olive oil on a pan

sounds like you are eating lean protein so and good Carbs which is clean and balanced ..
