I have left myself with about 600 cals. for the rest of the day...it's 1:22 pm. I will have to focus on the rest of the day and try to eat as good as I can. Ok I'm finished crying. Thanks!

Make some baked fish and some veggies for dinner. You should be able to do a nice healthy dinner for 600 calories or so.0

Don't freak out about what happens on one day. One day will not kill your long-term goals.0

Agree as well, no biggie about eating too much for lunch, use it for motivation for a good workout or if the weather allows, a relaxing walk in a nice area.0 -
You still have 600 calories left and that's a lot if you pick the right foods. If you do end up going over your calories today, that's alright because there is always tomorrow0

exercise, and 600 is A LOT of calories if you eat right0

I'm not too worried about it. I know one day and especially one meal won't reverse the success I've had. Thanks for the encouragement! And speaking of exercise, I have a 28 minute run to complete in the morning so I may not eat back all of the calories to offset today's poor choices.0

Walk it off !!! then you can earn some calories0

I am HAPPY if I have 600 calories left after my lunch! LOL!
You can have a TON of grilled (or rotisserie) chicken breast, like 8 oz (400-500 cals) and still have room for a bunch of veggies.0 -
600 is loads! Made fish pie for tea, a portion was 530...0

I did the same thing today only I went WAY over, and won't have time to do more than an upper body workout tonight thanks to my work schedule.
I'm just going to carefully eat under my allotted calories tomorrow.0
