I am 5.6 my body % fat was 20% 3 weeks back. I am working out more than moderately 5 days a week with 30 mins cardio (Brink walk/spinning/cross trainer at a heart rate of 135-140 bpm average.

I try to compensate by burning the additional calories off. In a similar situation, I ate 600 (Whiskey and Red Meat) extra calories and gained weight that I lost in last 4 days then next day I burnt 1300 calories. I feel better now.
