Okay i'm not much of a cooker which would explain why I have no clue what hummus is however everyone seems to love it, so could someone please tell me what it is and where I can buy it. I live in a small town and our towns only grocery store doesn't have many different choice but there is a wal-mat 15 minutes away.

So i have friend who has stopped eating pork and it's been a little over 2 months now and she actually looks like she has lost about 10-15 lbs. Has anyone noticed a change in weight or overall health after letting pork go? Curious

Hi I am a new mom to a 7 month old girl. I gained 60 lbs during prenancy and reached my highest weight which was 210 I also lost about 30ish or so pounds right after she was born but then somehow gained 10 back?! Anyway welcome and I know you will enjoy MFP

Hi tjones I have been using the Firm (workout dvd) for the last month and it really kicks your butt. It focuses on cardio and light strength training, for which I use a set of 5lb weights.
