I too have problems with my feet. I try 10 minute intervals so I don't over due it with the feet. I found on youtube exercise for people who have to be in a seated position. I honestly think someone made a mistake when they created that chart...I was a healthy extremely active 21 one year old at 105 pounds 5 feet tall. After children, I would think it should be at 120 pounds.

I think I was pretty good. But, I can tell the cravings are coming back for the second day. We are all in the same boat trying not to indulge...best advice plan ahead...eat in advance to prevent indulging on goodies. I know mine is cravings because I am not hungry I just want some of this and that...hang in there.

I try to weigh daily regardless...it just keeps me in a routine of not losing sight of my long term goal. I try not to worry about the number during that time of month; It just encourages me to stay on track and then I feel success after a couple of days and keep on going.

Hi I am new too. I have tried some of the guidelines of the 17 day diet. I lost 12 pounds on it in about 6 weeks. The progress has slowed since Thanksgiving because I did cheat a little (of course). I am back at the weight I was before Thanksgiving and trying to get back into the routine.
