Calisthenics the light/moderate effort might be most appropriate. Those are usually things like push ups/sit ups things that it looks like you did; and since you said you did it in at a slower pace the moderate level might be the best option.

When you saw the doctor did he have you get any blood work done? Just a normal visual physical isn't going to help him to determine if you have an overactive thyroid (which is a concern when you can't gain weight). If you go to "food" and then "settings" it's at the bottom. You can choose private, public, friends only, etc so that people can see your food diary. It is here that you can actually change what you're tracking as well.
