How can I classify this?

I did the following:

50 jumping jacks
15 squats
5 jump squats
50 Russian twists
30 second plank
10 standing calf raises, each leg, with a stability ball
25 pushups
30 second superman
10 lunges, each leg
20 short bridges
40 crunches
40 reverse crunches

How should I classify this when tracking? I didn't do it a a fast pace, but it was all done probably within 45 minutes while watching a movie.

I would say to log them each under strength training.
Also, next time you do them, wear a heart rate monitor, if you have one, then you can have a better idea of your calorie burn.

Log it as calisthenics. Choose light, moderate, or vigorous effort and estimate how much time you spent. When I do these types of workouts, I wear my heart rate monitor to approximate the calories burned.
  • Calisthenics the light/moderate effort might be most appropriate. Those are usually things like push ups/sit ups things that it looks like you did; and since you said you did it in at a slower pace the moderate level might be the best option.
