Sometimes I do two 60 min workouts. Getting to eat more food is always a good thing.

Why does it need to be one or the other? I both eat clean at meal times and have some treats with leftover calories at the end of the day.

Good thing about MFP is it is great for lazy people. Just track your calories and you don't even have to workout if you stay under!

I avoid people until I am required to go out for life sustaining requirements. Like food and a squat rack.

You might just need to take a break from tracking for a while. It will feel great until you decide you need to lose a little more. Just make sure you have your activity level to sedentary and eat all your exercise calories it gives you. The process takes a long time. Just stick with it.
