  • I agree with using the whole egg!! 1 egg gives you 6 grams of protein and 75 calories. If you are looking to add protein you might consider low or non fat Greek Yogurt 1 cup gives you 20 grams of protein and only 110 calories. Hope it helps
  • How many meals and snack are you eating everyday?? You want to try and eat 6 meals/snack every day. Try to make each meal/snack a balance between good fats, good protein and good carbs

  • Hi!!! From what you have written I would recommend not pushing yourself so hard - take a slower pace with your exercise. Maybe do the DVD every other day and walk on the other days?? Or (not sure how long the DVDs are but only do half the amount of time each day until you can do it without being sore. Hope it helps Pete
