Haha steph, same here! My 2 year old does squats too until she goes too far down and falls on her butt lol, then she laugh hysterically and it makes me have to stop because her laughing makes me start laughing! And I have a 10 month old as well and she like to pull hair, so I get that plus jumped on while trying to do…

I've done 20 so far today (In the college bathroom before my final at 8! gotta get my blood flowing lol) but it's only 9:30 here! I like the idea of calf raises too! The only problem I have with crunches/squats/situps is that my 2 year old either wants me to hold her or she wants to jump on my belly if I'm on the floor! lol

I get about 99-100 cals a mile whether I walk or run, so I usually ramp up my treadmill to 2 or 3 incline to get a few more calories burnt.

Hello! I am brand new to this site and am looking for friends/support group to lose some weight! My second baby just turned 10 months and my older just turned 2. I've got quite a few pounds to lose! I don't have a lot of time to workout, and I don't have much time to eat and it's usually fast food. I'm right here with you!
