i love cheat days! i always look forward to it... and that's the WEEKEND for me... so as my workout day w/c is WEEKDAYS.. so having 5 outnumbered 2 would not feel guilty at all... and I take my calorie under 1200cal so i can have my cheat day. yey!

girl you're just doing fine! don't mind much of the weeks that passed and very little lbs lost because in a way its helping you to be patient and mindful of what you eat and healthy lifestyle once you've broken your old habit.

definitely a HELPFUL TOOL! i'm just new but i knew that it's like you online conscience to log your food and exercise minutes.. simply because we know for ourself that we wanted to have someone to count the things we eat(calorie) and count the time we burn(exercise)...and everybody here at also HELPFUL and true!

sometimes i feel full.. and when i feel full i tend to eat more... until i'm bloated... so that's why i'm thinking of taking a shake as a replacement.. at least i may not "eat more"... is it mind over food strategy?

i want to lose weight fast...but i'm also willing to be patient to lose little by little..i just hope i won't be stuck with my current weight.. i'm happy i've lost 4lbs. and a little more to go
