they're an awesome substitute for pasta. i used to eat them quite regularly...you can find them in most asian grocery stores or sometimes in the international/asian food section. thanks for reminding me that i can include these noodles in my menu!

my soft spot is cheese!:tongue: 700 calories is indeed nothing! when i eat a bit too much i just know that i have to schedule in 20-30min of exercise that day and probably a lighter dinner. at least it happened earlier and not at night when you can't do anything about it.
