I usually buy the special k cereal bars (90 calories) and they come in lots of yummy flavors. I also eat the special k fruit crisp when in a hurry.

I use a pur pitcher which is the same thing. I think it's totally worth it and nice not to have to haul it from the store. The filters last about 3 months and are super easy to change (they come in packs of 3 as well). I couldn't live without mine.
