Thank you for that recommendation and the 5 week plan recommendation - I need some structure to what I'm doing. I am blessed that my husband has always loved how I have…

I have a few mini goals that are finally on the horizon: 1. Get into the "healthy" BMI range. (5 more lbs) 2. To have a waist measurement in the heart-healthy range. (1.5 more inches) 3. To weigh less than my husband. (7 more lbs!) 4. Be in the "healthy" body fat percentage range. (3.4% to lose)

@fanncy0626 , I'm mostly a lurker, but I wanted to tell you that I'm another person you've inspired with your story. I started working on getting back in to shape (with 40lbs to lose) on August 15th. I came across your story within a couple of weeks and bought a 15lb KB. Most days I go for a run/jog with my kids in the…

You might want to consider recording your measurements. I was surorised at my progress once I did that. (I've been at this 4.5 weeks and have lost 10lbs. My clothes are just now noticibly looser.) Keep it up; you're doing great!
