I relate to so much of what you wrote. I'm about 10 lbs away from losing "half" of myself, too. And if I can do it, I know anyone with a dream, a plan and a commitment absolutely can, too. My favorite is jumbo shrimp over raw spinach, tossed with diced tomatoes and Newman's Own Lite balsamic. My go-to is tuna (made with Walden Farms honey mustard flavored mayo) on top of cucumber slices.

I am usually between 900-950. When I exercise, I burn about 300 calories. On those days, I add 1/4 cup AllWhites to my breakfast shake but still come out in the 900-950 range. My hair has been thinning the last few years for other reasons. I started MF 4 months ago and don't think it has impacted it one way or the other. I also just started Biotin last week and I'm hopeful :smile:
