Thinner, healthier, more toned. I want to know what to eat/how much to eat for the amount of exercises I do. So fitness coach then dietician?

I said eg 30mins for how long to do a specific exercise a day, so people know its a measurement in time in that sense instead of people thinking how long will it take me to look like that.

If I knew what exercise to do would I have posted this? No. That's why I asked. I have never tried to tone before and it's hard for an inexperienced person to know what the hell their doing.

I have lots of pictures of her photoshopped and unphotoshopped. It's not unrealistic, people Aren't stupid, they know what natural looks like.

I know photoshop has been used. It doesn't change the fact she has an amazing body without photoshop. She has even won competitiOns with it. Why so much 'hate'? I love how she is so beautiful (with an without photoshop) when a lot of society thinks beautiful is being skinny, not being fit.

for yogurt I have nestle soleil (its in yellow containers) and normally have fruit on top (eg frozen raspberries and a kiwifruit or apple)

Yesterday I had the same problem, but I tried to go and exercise anyway on my treatmill but it just made me feel more poo and I have 4657939656 times over what I should have. I was craving carbs soooooo badly

How do I find out how much I should eat everyday? and how much more should I eat if I burn 1000 calories in the day (MFP exercise log so not precise... )

There's a treadmill version that I am thinking of doing, just because I will be too embarrassed doing it outside and once I've completed it I will start jogging/running outside. Will this work?
