I've been maintaining since January and I still track my calories religiously. It's a part of my life now, I don't even think twice about it really.

Your nutrition is vital during P90X (or any other exercise regimen). It comes with a food guide for a reason. Also, you should not be on a calorie deficit while doing P90X either. I was eating 1800-2000 calories a day while doing it and losing. It's only your first week, don't get discouraged!! :smile:

I'm finishing my second round tomorrow, and I'm very happy with my results. If you follow the nutrition plan and push yourself, I mean REALLY push yourself through the workouts, you will have success. It is hard, and it is serious, you can't half-*kitten* it!!

I eat oatmeal nearly every day... I am addicted!! Dollop a spoonful of unsweetened applesauce on top with a sprinkling of cinnamon and allspice, soooooo good!

Weight: 123.2 Waist: 26 Hips: 32.5 Chest: 33.25 Right Arm: 10.25 Left Arm: 10.5 Right Thigh: 20.5 Left Thigh: 20.25 Gained 0.7 lb but lost 1 inch since the end of Phase 1, so I'm pretty happy!!

My vice is coffee, with International Delight creamer. But I limit myself to 1-2 cups a day. I've given up pretty much everything else sugary/salty/fried and don't miss it at all, but I can honestly say I would feel deprived without my coffee!!

Legs & Back/ARX done! It's an awesome workout, even though I still hate it... sooooo boring!! Doing basically lunges nonstop for an hour is not my idea of fun. Give me any other workout any day!! Good luck to everyone on weigh-in day tomorrow! :happy:

Yoga X done. Such an amazing workout... I'm actually having trouble walking - my poor legs are so wobbly!

The slo-mo ones are a killer!! But it burns so nice afterwards! Hopefully one day I'll be able to do a plyo pushup... those are nuts.

No one in my family including me has allergies, so unfortunately I can't help you there. I posted in the Phase 1 thread about nutrition during P90X, but to sum it up: DO NOT UNDEREAT. If your base calories are set at 1200, eat ALL your exercise calories. Seriously and for real. This is a strenuous program and your body…

Not quite... for the Lean schedule we do Cardio X instead of Core Syn on Day 5. But otherwise they're identical. I start recovery week on the 24th. Yoga twice in a week... YAY :heart:

YES. I personally find it very difficult to hit 1800, but I aim for an absolute bare minimum of 1600.
