My diary is open to friends, I'll change it and let u see, but i just started back. So if you go back about this time last yr there are more entries. and I gained weight because of not eating. What I eat my body has stored as fat over the past 10 yrs or so.

I know now that by not eating its making me gain weight but when I eat more I just feel fully stuffed. Can't move and outa breath so full. I'm taking it slow, but get mad because I don't lose anything. I believe that when we give up, but this time I don't plan in giving up. Those little numbers add up. And when we lose slowly then we are less likely to gain it back.

Doing good today, I got a lot of great food yesterday. And got some great deal. Usually don't buy fresh fish, (Just buy the one it the box) but I got some for under 2 dollars. So made my day. And far as exercising I've been deep cleaning one room a day.

Hit the mode once. Then the rest button until you see the kc. That's your calorie burn. To rest it just hold down the rest button. It took me awhile to figure it out. Lol still don't know what some of the things mean.
