Hey, don't worry about it! Muscle is heavier than fat, so if you've been working out and you're looking better than before, it just means that you've become more toned and gained muscle!

My Golden doesn't eat dog food - my mom doesn't approve of it, because apparently it's mostly 'fillers' - food that isn't really of any nutritional value to the dog. Just finished Day 2 Level 1! I felt horrible during the first circuit/strength portions, but it got better, just like yesterday! My arms definitely feel stronger (or maybe my muscles are still tense xD) and I feel energised. :smile:
