I don't do 30DS everyday... I wanted to do day 6 Sunday, but we got a virus on our laptop and that's what I use to play the DVD... Monday I went to my Pilates class, and today I did day 6... it was hard, but really I did better because I "dug deep" I went deep on squats, jumped on the jump ropes, did 8 pound weights on the chest flies, didn't stop on any movement except for the first set of jumping jacks and the first set of jump ropes... I think that was because I went with Natalie on the majority of the moves... I'm doing day 7 tomorrow0

Woohooooo! I just started it today, actually, and thought it was good fun and tiring. I'm planning to alternate days with doing tae bo and I wanted to get through the motions and comfortable without arm weights before I decide to start using them (or go find some to buy..) I think it's engaging and the exercises are so short and varied that I'm not getting distracted or feeling bored.0

Jillian is amazing: I did all three of the exercises on the DVD this morning: probably not the best idea but man, did I get an awesome workout.0

Today was day 1 for me!
I've done a little bit of the shred before, but I was doing it more like once a week as a supplement to my workout routine. But I'm going to do the 30 consecutive days now and see how it goes!0 -

I'm now on level 1 day 7 ( doing it tonight) and I can feel the difference in my clothes already especially my jeans round the bum area. Will post my measurements when I've completed level 10

Day 1 yesterday. I saw someone say that they hate push-ups and I have to agree. Day 2 tonight after my hour at the gym. This should be interesting.

I did level 2 today... wow! I'm totally relaxed, so I KNOW I worked hard! and sweated my rear end off!0

Day 4 of diet and exercise (p90x and endurance cycling). I didn't need to lose any weight, but swap out fat for muscle. Well see how it works out. I need to keep up with my calorie intake (2200) but it's tough when cycling takes 1400-2500 calories. Seems like I eat all the time.0

Hi! Just started 30- day shred today! I am supplementing my 3-5 / week jazzercise workouts with it on my off days.
I'm down about 20 lbs from mid-january and countless inches! I have about 30 lbs to go.

Just finished Day 2 Level 1! I felt horrible during the first circuit/strength portions, but it got better, just like yesterday! My arms definitely feel stronger (or maybe my muscles are still tense xD) and I feel energised.0

The first five days I did, I was a bit sore, but nothing that actually stopped me from doing the exercises. I took a day off yesterday, and went on a long long hike today and am looking forward to starting another 5 days tomorrow. For having just recently started, I'm actually really happy with the program and how focused it keeps me for the short bursts of each exercise.
Someone mentioned pushups being awful, but it's the jumping jacks that kill me..0 -
