Only out of personal preference I prefer slim build.... I do know many of my friends prefer the larger guy! good luck whatever you goal.

:happy: Hi, Yes it is possible to lose fat but gain weight. Muscle weights 2.5 time more than fat and takes up less room than fat. Suggestion .... Stand in from of a mirror in your undies and jump up and down, anything that jiggles that should not jiggle and is probably fat. I hope this helps

I always wake up hungry... I train quite hard too. If i do wake up haungry, i get up and have a bowl of cereal and dont add it to my MFP diary... I fugure, i just need it that particular day! Well, I cant sleep if I am hungry. Try a warm cup of soya milk (lower calories and fat than cows milk) It usually helps the hunger pangs.

Yes, its ok not to snack. If you are not big on breakfast try a smoothie or juice. I make a 4 - 5 fruit juice/smoohtie every morning for myself, my husband and my little boy (8yrs) they have cereal too but I am good on the juice untill lunch. I have found an unexpected bonus... It makes me feel full of energy all morning…

No, I do not weigh myself 2-3 days before my period if I do I always gain3-4 pounds which generally vanishes 2 days into my period. I am sorry to hear you have such bad pain...
