If you need something quick, sure a few per week will be fine (as long as you are balancing your nutrition). They are pretty expensive after a while though, so a powder & shaker bottle may be a cheaper alternative to get protein.

2.2 cals tossing a salad for 30-60seconds with moderate effort.

Anyone on here can feel free to add me. The healthier you eat, and longer you stick with it, the better you will start to feel. Eventually if you stick with it... "bad food" will make you feel horrible, and good food will make you feel great.

I would guess... being intimate on average would burn ~150 cals... give or take duration, effort, participants ect.

Took a ****, moderate effort, 31 calories burned

Honestly, no matter how out of shape someone is and I see them exercise I think to myself "good for you!". Just be confident, stick with it and take pride in what your are accomplishing. You don't need to worry about anyone because there is absolutely nothing embarrassing about exercise! =)

Clean protein is healthy and filling, as well as whole grain foods. My best suggestion would to be watch out for sugar, and avoid it if you can! =)

I never specified at what time you have to eat your breakfast!!! To provide your body with adequate energy, and motivate yourself to eat well during the day a solid foundation within an hour or two of waking up is absolutely ideal. You will be less likely to over eat at lunch, and less likely to snack late at night. I…

Quit fussing about what anyone else thinks and don't give up. Just my 2 cents... Just because you say you "CANT" exercise means you should be tracking your calories more carefully than EVER since you will be less active. Stay positive and persevere through life's challenges. The lowest impact exercise you can do for your…

Probably the worst thing you can do for your body also. You "MUST" eat a stable breakfast with protein. Eat things like egg whites, organic oatmeal, spinach, organic brown rice cakes an apple, and almond milk. This will boost your metabolism, fire your energy levels, and set a SOLID foundation for your day.

Also, try eating a more stable breakfast first thing in the morning. It will set your day up SO much better than just a granola/cereal bar. These kinds of food.... - 3 egg whites - Organic brown rice cake - Apple - Blueberries/Raspberries - Organic instant oatmeal (plain, check for 0 sugar added) - Black coffee

Here this little article might help... The Heartbeat of Fat Loss Your heart rate influences what your body breaks down for energy to sustain activity. If your heart rate goes too high for too long, your body might use muscle instead of fat for energy. When your heart rate is sustained at a lower rate, you body is able to…

If you have been attempting to lose the same 10lbs for over a year, something is seriously wrong. Either your not following your nutrition regiment enough, or not putting enough work in at the gym. Try getting more rest and spend more time doing long duration, lower heart rate (65% bpm) fat burning cardio. 45 minutes to 1…
