NOV 21 129.5 HALF POUND THIS WEEK! WHOOP WHOOP! Happy because the diet wasn't that good. I'm off all week and heading to my parents house, lots of family, lots of food, lots of nieces and nephews, lots of adult beverages for the parents! Lost .5 lbs from Monday. Celebrated with Starbucks and a brownie. Way to shoot myself in the foot. (WHY DO I DO THESE THINGS???) Weekends are my downfall. 4 more on Saturday, easy 2 out and speed work on the way back. 1:30 stride to 100% sprint. I know I am not the only weirdo that LOVES almost puking after the sprints. 23 miles in this month. I know that isn't much compared to the "die hards" but I will shatter my goal!

3 this morning. Intervals for 2 miles. FELT GREAT! Sometimes I think when we run fast and stride out its easier on the hips etc! Month total is 7. On track for me!
