    Nov 21: 155.5 - boo hoo! I was down to 154.1 last Thursday!! With all the wind this past weekend, I didn't get out enough, tho I did do some time on the treadmill yesterday.
    Nov 28: 155.4 - not bad, considering I ate and drank what I wanted - within reason - over the holiday!
    Dec 05: 156.5 - Can no longer tolerate Premier Protein shakes, and my whole routine is messed up. New supply samplers on order. Saturday and Sunday were my first real high-calorie days since surgery, trying hard to get enough protein in. Was 155.0 on Saturday morning. Back on trackish today, but very very hungry without my breakfast shake. :(

    Hi too lazy to copy all my numbersdown today. I am at 134.4 which is a .6 loss. Hoping for 133.8 this coming week. That would put me at 40 pounds loss this year.

    My Garmin is an hour away. I took it off and it fell off my bag at my kids basketball game. It was turned into the office- gotta love small towns. But my motivation is lacking this week. Its COLD outside and I am a fair weather runner... I have a jr high kid and a high school kid playing ball EVERY NIGHT IS TAKEN FOR BLEACHER BUTT!
