Hello! My name is Laurie. Have loss 35 pounds since January. I am really close to my first goal weight of 135. Would like to hit it, and then tone up. Going to Hawaii for Christmas, so need to stay motivated.

Thanks you can do it. Those last few pounds are hard. Seems like I gain and lose the same 3 pounds. Recently, broke a 3 month plateau. Thanks for setting this up.

I'm in! I've been trying to drop this weight for over a year now and seems like it's just piling more and more. My current weight is 183.2lbs. My goal weight is 160 for now. Hope to be able to make some progress with this challenge8

Yes you just bookmark it by clicking on the star at the top of the post. It is to the right of the post title. It should highlight a yellow Orange color. Then if you click on the star when you come to community page it will show posts you are following.3 -
