    Hey! I'm in. Haven't weighed myself this week, but will do so by Sunday. I'm sure I'm up a little from my previous weight (156). I'm short (5'1.5- claim 5'2) so I'm far from goal but would love to lose 10-12 lbs by Christmas.

    For background... I started MFP/WW/LCHF in January 2015 at 184lbs. I lost 32lbs but have been struggling since March 2016 (death in the family). Now I'm up possibly 6-8lbs from my lowest and trying to get back there and make my ultimate goal of 127lbs (no official goal date).

    Hopefully I can come back and edit to include my start weight and change my goal weight.

    Start WI October 2016: ~ 158ish
    Goal Weight December 2016: 146

    I'm up for this challenge... I've lost 22 lbs from last year by doing zumba and eat less rice diet... I've been trying hard but i can't go lower than 139 lbs/63 kgs... Im adding body weight exercise to my skipping (rope jumping) routine.

    I'm 141 lbs/64 kgs; 5.2 ft
    My goal is 132 lbs/60kgs

    Yes you just bookmark it by clicking on the star at the top of the post. It is to the right of the post title. It should highlight a yellow Orange color. Then if you click on the star when you come to community page it will show posts you are following.
