Well I recently figured out I was gluten intolerant probably Celiac but since I had already changed my diet we will never know and I am diabetic type 2. Sorry I don't have answers really. But I do work days and nights and look forward to hearing some answers. Good Luck on your journey. Some things I have done lately is eat smaller meals, low cal, low carb, cut out white foods, you know breads and such.

I found in the past because I used to work nights this makes losing weight challenging. I never know when to stop eating at night. If I am at work 10-12hrs I'm starving so I eat, but light. I didn't start it either but everyone is welcome to join as far as I know. As for weight loss I was 194.5 down to 193lbs. Loving it!!! 2weeks in and lost 4lbs. Way to go everyone!!!
