I gained the first couple weeks of insanity and then began losing. However I am eating more since doing insanity. I recommend following the meal plan that came with the insanity videos. It really does work!

Tomorrow is day 24 of the 24 day challenge for me. I am not impressed with the products (other than the meal replacement shakes which i love having for breakfast every morning. I have lost about 8 or 9 lbs in the 24 days but I have also been doing INSANITY. I honestly think insanity has given me for results than advocare??…

i love slicing a cucumber thin and put in a bowl and squeeze the juice of a whole lemon over the top. So yummy!

i would recommend having a high calorie protein shake toward the end of the day if you are that low on calories.

I started 30 day shred 3 days ago (again, never finished it before) and plan to do this everyday for 30 days, then I plan to do my c25k (again, started and never finished before). I work long hours so I don't know that I can work both programs in at the same time but I'll be doing…

Nice to meet you. Same with me. I did this for a bit last year and had all intentions of being to my goal weight of 150 by Christmas and then i fell off the bandwagon and now here i am still 40 lbs. from my goal. GRRRR! It is time I do this and complete this. I would love to have great self confidence for my family…

i like to put some frank's wing sauce on my popcorn. i read today that making it with coconut oil gives it a great flavor.

I also love craft beers (and not the blah beers!!) however I don't tend to get hungry when I drink. I usually have calories left over at the end of the day and opt for a good beer instead of eating!

Grilled zucchini is great. Zucchini Bread is also good. Steamed zucchini.

I find that I usually go over on sugars too (mostly from fruits and cereals) but have noticed the more I work out the more I am allowed.

I eat La Favorita Corn Chips and they are wonderful and low sodium and low cal. For salsa I use roma tomatoes, jalepenos, onion, cilantro, habanero, lemon juice and garlic powder. Blend it up and serve, so good.
