Two percent is very high in fat. I dont drink much milk either. I dont list the milk on my food diary for my cereal cause i just use it to wet the cereal and then i pour it out. I use skim milk for that. It may take some getting used to but once you do you will think the other milk is too rich. Good luck

oh yeah..i did that for a week and then started eating low fat low calorie, tracking my calories here and excercising daily. Ive lost 3 lbs in one week..the biggest difference for me is i dont crave sugar like idid before. That was my downfall

if you go to olive garden you can ask for a different type of dressing and they will oblige you. Also opt for marinara sauces over alfredo if you do decide to go with choosing pasta.

I did it for a week to break myself of all the simple sugars i had been consuming. Which was quite a bit I couldnt continue it because I couldnt have fruit which i love. Thats so true..If you have been eating alot of simple sugars you have to give your body time to adjust. I did a week of low carb high protein to give my body time to adjust to the changes in my diet.
