    I think my water intake is perfect at the mo...I am soooooooooo saturated...:laugh:

    It has been a good week for food tracking too so far....

    I'll have to find something else to double tomorrow! Any suggestions? :laugh:
  • I'm in but same thing: I am good on water and I can do my best to double my exercise (although I was already planning on swimming for an hour after work AND doing a Pilates or dance workout video before work) and I've been really good about tracking my food. What else can I double? Also, can someone please help me figure out a way to convince my brain that losing weight isn't going to happen overnight. I know that, but it's so disappointing when my weight doesn't change. I know it's because with everything else I do, I put in a little bit of effort and get a lot of results (in school, for example). However, that approach won't work with dieting, and I need all of the suggestions I can get for sticking with it.
