Im not really sure u may want to do some research. Ive always worked out in the morning it helps me and I seem to have more energy thru the day. But I do know people who workout at night cause of work etc...

I have several of her videos and all have lots of cardio that can be loud. I do my workouts on hard wood floor with a mat and my hubby and kids can hear me in the other room. But its circuit training so u arent jumping around the whole time. Hope this helps

OMG u werent kidding!! I felt great when I was done but by later in the day it hurt to walk up my stairs!! LOL

You see I can cuss her out while doing her DVD but I would be scared as hell if she was in front of my face...lol I love her DVD's!!!! I have her 30 day shred, her No Trouble Zones and her 6 week six pack. They are crazy intense!! I bought her Killer Bins and Thighs today and will be trying that tomorrow.

Thats a hard one cause I love chocolate!! What has helped is keeping some chocolate covered raisins. I will have 1/2 a cup which is 105 calories. I put the 1/2 a cup in a tiny bowl and keep near by and will eat a few through out the day. They are sweet and help with the cravings.

I had that happen when I first started her workout. I kept water near by and use my cealing fan in the room.. that has helped me. Also I would stretch a little longer then her video does at the end while on the floor that helped too.

cucumber salad. 14 slices of peeled cucumber 14 cal 2 Tbsp greek yogurt 50 cal mix together and enjoy. my husband likes it with sour cream but i make it with greek yogurt and he doesnt know the difference lol

WOW!! Great Job!! i started a week ago and lost 1 pound. But its ok Im not worried. I hear ya about this week.... The one thing Im glad about is that Im making all the food so I can control what to make etc.. Doing a lot of low calorie options :)
