My goal is 155. I'll take less if I can get there though! I'm not so hung up on the number though. Like OP said, it's about the pre-baby clothes which were size 6.

I work pt 4am-7am and come home to two little ones. I go when I can. Just joined the Y and am able to drop them off, so we usually go after breakfast around 10.

Thank you! Also, is it better to lose first and then fine-tune and sculpt once you're at a smaller size to see what you are truly working with or lose and sculpt simultaneously?

Fairly new here, but I've found that eating protein rich foods as mentioned earlier is a good way to fill up without having to eat a lot of food. You mustn't starve yourself or just eat rabbit food only. You need a balanced diet. As long as you are working out you will find that you are hungry more often so you should eat…
